TRADING HOURS

Our USA Online Warehouse Sale will run from Tuesday 11th March, 7pm MDT to 6:59am MDT, 16th March 2025.

DISCOUNTS

No further discounts apply, all prices are final.

SHOPPING CART/ PRODUCT HOLDS

Unfortunately placing a garment in your online shopping cart does not hold the pieces for you. If you do not wish to miss out please proceed with payment. We want to make sure we are being fair to all our CAMILLA Tribe and that everyone has an opportunity to shop the sale.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment methods accepted include MasterCard, Amex, Visa and PayPal only. Gift Cards and store credits will not be accepted.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is $25 USD per order, available only to mainland United States via DHL International Express Shipping.

SHIPPING DELAYS

You may experiencing delivery delays different to your normal eBoutique experience due to a high volume of parcels from the sale. At this time it may take a few more days than the standard time frames outlined to get your delivery.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties & taxes are included in the item price at checkout. CAMILLA ships all orders to the United States DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) meaning no additional payment will be required upon delivery of your order.

RETURN POLICY

With all CAMILLA Online Sample Sale purchases there is a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy and therefore will not be accepted at any of our boutiques or online. This includes change of mind or for reasonable flaws in the item/s. Prices reflect the condition of the Sample Sale items.

TRACKING DOWN A PRINT OR STYLE

Our Customer Care angels are here to help you, however due to the nature of the event are unable to do specific item searches for you. Where possible we will always try to assist. We encourage customers to pop online and see what items there are to discover each day!

FAULTS & EXCHANGES

As well as samples, there may be seconds/faulties listed for purchase – all prices are final. Prices are significantly lower than normal CAMILLA Recommended Retail Prices and already consider the condition of each item. There are no further discounts offered on samples/seconds (including VIP discounts).
