You asked, we listened. We are delighted to bring our treasure trove across the seas to our US Tribe. Our USA Online Sample Sale is brimming with one-off samples and unique pieces from seasons past. Due to the nature of an online sample sale please note:
      1. All sales are final. No cancellations. No returns or exchanges available for change of mind or sizing. This does not exclude statutory consumer warranties. However, as goods are being sold as seconds or samples, then some imperfections or variations in sizing or detailing may be present, as such these items are sold “as is” and any imperfections or variations are not considered to be manufacturing faults. 
      2. Items added to cart are not reserved. Please checkout promptly to avoid disappointment.
      3. Payment methods accepted include MasterCard, Amex, Visa and PayPal only. CAMILLA Gift Cards & Store Credit will not be accepted for purchases from the Online Sample Sale.
      4. Shipping is a fixed rate of $25 USD per order via DHL International , available only to mainland United States.
      5. Embellishment, colour, fabrication and/or print placement may vary from image displayed.
      6. Samples are subject to availability and may oversell. Our sincere apologies if you order a product that then becomes unavailable in the warehouse. If we find this has occurred we will refund you immediately and contact you to let you know.
      7. Unfortunately due to the nature of the event we are unable to perform any specific stock searching. Please refer to the item descriptions and images and use the site navigation at the top of the page to navigate the Online Sample Sale.
      8. Whilst this Online Sample Sale website is owned and operated by Camilla Australia Pty Ltd, customers and accounts normally associated with camilla.com are not associated with this website.

    Shipping available only within mainland United States via DHL International Express Shipping. Delivery times are listed in the Delivery Table and are an estimate only. By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that CAMILLA is not liable for any delay in delivery.

    Import Customs Clearance

    CAMILLA send all orders from Australia to the United States DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) though courier service, DHL. Any shipping fees, customs or sales tax required for your country of delivery, is calculated and included in the price at checkout. No additional payment will be required upon delivery of your order. order.

    Taxes & Duties

    Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient. All orders are sent from Australia to the United States DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) meaning no additional payment will be required upon delivery of your order.

    Late Deliveries

    We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however we may have to extend delivery times to support our packing and posting teams. Please note we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries and may vary from product to product. 

    Delivery Process

    Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that a person is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct deliveries once your order has been dispatched. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and a re-delivery fee will apply.

    Lost or Damaged Goods

    If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 business days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

    Certain legislation including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth), and similar consumer protection laws and regulations may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of goods or services to you by us which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Our liability is governed solely by the ACL and this Policy and in relation to the CAMILLA Online Sample Sale, any terms of use and purchase specified on this website.

    If you are a consumer as defined in the ACL, the following notice applies to you: "Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”

    Amendment

    This Policy may be amended from time to time by CAMILLA, without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check CAMILLA’s current Terms, before making any purchase. Our agents, employees and third parties do not have authority to change the Terms.
